How Ownership Works
Each ownership interest:
- Is tied to a specific house. Each house = 1 membership interest.
- Grants exclusive occupancy rights to that house.
- Receives rental income generated by that house (if elected).
- Is responsible for that house’s direct expenses/costs.
- Shares proportionally in common property expenses/costs.
- Ownership is intended primarily for personal recreational use. Participation in the optional rental program is secondary and entirely at the owner’s discretion.
Ownership interests will vary in price based on the house selected.
Rental Income — Your Choice
Each year, owners may elect to:
✔ Place their house in the rental pool and receive its rental revenue
OR
✔ Keep their house exclusively for private use
Unlike traditional boat clubs, owners here have the option to generate rental income when they’re not using their house.

We would like to maintain this long-standing tradition:
One annual “Friends & Family Week” where each membership interest may reserve time to use all the houses and the entire property in off-peak season for family and friends. The 6 houses can sleep up to 50+ people. Create great new memories on our magical lakefront peninsula.

Ownership is structured as a membership interest in Lakefront at LandsEnd LLC. Each membership interest provides exclusive use rights to a designated house and shared ownership of the property. This offering is intended for purchasers seeking personal use of a lake house rather than a passive investment opportunity.
Ownership is intended primarily for personal recreational use. Owners may elect annually to participate in an optional rental program administered by the LLC. We may offer additional ownership interest in the future.
